*The smile package is ideal for anterior 6-10 units but can include up to a full arch. This package does NOT include lowers.

What is included in the smile package:

  • Powerpoint presentation

  • Design files for:

    • Model

    • Diagnostic wax up

    • Shell temps

    • Final restorations

What you need to get started:

  • Natural smile photo of patient (see Smile Mockup for instructions on how to take photos)

  • Exaggerated (Duchenne) photo of the patient (see Dentofacial Analysis for instructions on how to take photos)

  • Clean STLs:

    • Maxillary scan

    • Mandibular scan

    • Bite scan

  • Treatment plan preferences (must fill out before design starts)

What to expect once you have
submitted your case

To ensure all details of your case are taken into consideration, your account manager will reach out to you once you have submitted your case to gather your treatment plan preferences. Within 3 business days you will receive the following files for approval:

  • Customized powerpoint presentation

  • Design files for:

    • Model

    • Diagnostic wax up

    • Shell temps

Once the treatment plan is approved, we will go ahead with the final restoration design, which will be back to you within 24 hours of approval.
